BMC-Leyland Car Club Inc

Procedure for current financial members to put your car on the Club Permit Scheme.

Firstly, you will need the VicRoads forms along with your RWC. These forms can be obtained from VicRoads website www.vicroads.vic.gov.au

Proceed as follows:

  1. Log on to the ‘VicRoads: Home Page
  2. Double click on: ‘Registration’
  3. Double click on: ‘Limited Use Permits’
  4. Double click on: ‘Club Permit Scheme’
  5. Double click on: ‘Get a Club permit’
  6. Double click on: ‘Step 4 - Complete the forms and get your application approved by the club.
  7. Download: *Vehicle eligibility and standards Declaration for club permit vehicles.
  8. Download: *Club permit application.
  9. Photographs also required:

• Front of vehicle.

• Back of vehicle

• Driver’s side of vehicle.

• Driver’s side with door open.

If possible but not compulsory a photo of chassis and engine numbers.

Forward the two completed forms along with a copy of your Roadworthy certificate and photographs (if not Emailed) with a stamped self-addressed envelope to:

The processed paperwork will be forwarded back to you. Alternatively you can always call in (please ring first). We will also supply a letter to VicRoads confirming that the applicant has supplied the photographs required.

Upon receiving your plates and logbook from VicRoads, you MUST let the club know of your registration number and expiry date.

New and non-financial member’s requirements for getting your vehicle on the Club Permit Scheme.

You will have to join the club by filling out the membership form and paying your fees as per the membership form.

You will also need to confirm first what type of car you have and if you want it on the CPS.

Once the club has approved your membership and supplied you with a membership card, you can proceed as above from number 1 – 9 including all the photographs as outlined.

I will also supply a letter to VicRoads confirming that the applicant has supplied the photographs required.
